Rates
Low season:
Between November 1 and March 1, the villa is rented for periods of at least 4 weeks at a reduced rate, with the exception of the Christmas holidays (high season rules). Please contact us for more information.
Other costs (mandatory):
Final cleaning : 150
Tourist tax : 3,10 p.p.p.n.
Peak season*:
1-6 persons: 3150 per week
Check in and check out only on Saturdays

Extra cleaning + new bedlinen : 100
Early check in (if possible) : 50
Late check out (if possible) : 50
Boat rental: 1 day 80, extra days 50, whole week 250
Cancellation policy
- 90% refund when you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
- No refund for a no show.
All prices are in Euro. Booking directly via our own website villavinkeveen.com is always the cheapest option on the internet. Prices on Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, etc are higher because of commissions.
